Our bespoke 20 week syllabus focuses on essential work-related speaking, listening, writing and vocabulary
Applying for and Looking for Work
Our skills workshops prepare you for CV writing, applying for jobs and interviewing
Training, Skills, Career Advice
We offer personalised employment support including digital training and opportunities to meet industry experts. Looking for a job is often hard work and tiring, we help you to remain confident and resilient.
Supportive Mentors
We thoughtfully match you with a mentor to support you as needed. We have a wonderful team of skilled and friendly volunteers
Wellbeing Support
We understand your wellbeing is important. We will support you to access the help you need.
Ongoing Support
We are proud to offer both you and your employer ongoing support at the beginning of your new job
Types of placements we work with
We invite you to choose which one is best for you.
This gives you the chance to see what it is like in a particular industry or job
Volunteering can be a good way to get work experience that may lead to paid work
Some of you will have studies or childcare commitments, so part time work may be best
Others will prefer full time work
These schemes allow you to work and study at the same time
